Monthly services

Fortnightly services if required

Supply & dose biocides & Inhibitors

Test water conditions for pH. Conductivity (TDS) & Inhibitor residuals.

Take samples for Total Plate Counts ( Heterotrophic Colony Counts) ( Via NATA approved Lab)

Take samples for Legionella tests ( Via NATA approved Lab)

Test Dosing equipment

Refill dosing drums

Ensure area is clean and tidy

Complete Log book

Provide a detailed service report, to be signed by customer

Clean & Disinfect Cooling tower as often as required

Service chiller and heating hot water (HHW) systems
